The Borough

Hil Bil Productions and The Borough teamed up to pilot a 4-month Saturday afternoon series of short art performances in the KC 360 Village Neighborhood of Marlborough. The free performances are an opportunity to build community among residents who otherwise may not have a connection to live performances in their neighborhood.
