Strangulation and DV

Abusers who strangle their partners are nearly 10 times more likely to murder them. This essential two-hour training was presented to nearly 1500 KCPD officers in an effort to save lives and increase offender accountability. This course brings to light the dangers of strangulation and provides participants with practical knowledge needed to recognize and document a strangulation injury.
