Subcommittee of KC360 focused on actionable efforts at reducing barriers in the community for our justice impacted community members. Actively working on planning an education event for bistate employers to implement comprehensive fair hiring practices and become compliant with the Ban the Box ordinance passed by KCMO City Council in 2018.
Help contribute to the effort of expanding fair hiring practices in Kansas City! We need action-oriented community members and program providers to get through the planning and execution of the event we are holding September 19th. More Justice Impacted community members are greatly needed at the table!
