Foundations of Restorative Justice

Learn about the indigenous roots of RJ, the concepts of dignity, universal needs, and how it differs from criminal justice. This interactive training includes using restorative processes in schools, out in community, and with justice-involved individuals to break the cycle of violence and repair relationships. Recommended for community members (age 15+) who want to make a positive impact where they live, work, or go to school. CCR is a Kansas Approved Dispute Resolution Program under Supreme Court Rule 913, and this training is approved for CDRE under Rule 916.
