Saturday August 3 at CAC’s SKC Resources Fair at the Optimist Club Bingo Hall, 11154 Blue Ridge Boulevard, KCMO.

Your organization is invited to have a table and share information and also provide an onsite activity or service if you can. The Optimist Bingo Hall (same venue) is very large so there is plenty of room. This Resources Fair has a theme of A Safe and Healthy Community, although an organization with any resources to share is welcome to reserve a table (or more if needed). Each organization will have a 6-foot table and two chairs unless additional tables, chairs and electricity are requested in the registration form. The Hall will open at 9 am, tables need to be ready by 10 am, tables can tear down after 1 pm, we need to be clear by 2 pm.

The Resources Fair is free for nonprofits, churches, government agencies and neighborhood associations. We ask for-profits for a $50 fee that can be invoiced. Ruskin Heights Homes Association will provide a hospitality table. We ask that no products or services be sold onsite at the Fair.
