Civic Learning Summit

American Public Square, the Missouri Civic Learning Coalition, and the Kansas Civics Coalition invite Kansas and Missouri educators and Kansas City area high school students to participate in our 2-day Civic Learning Professional Development Summit. The Summit will focus on civic education for 21st century democratic citizenship.
It will take place at the North Kansas City Professional Development Center from 9:00 am- 4:00 pm on June 4th and 5th. Light breakfast and a full lunch will be provided.
Educators will receive a $150 stipend for their participation. Students will receive a certificate of completion to add to their resumes. You can register, learn more, and see our educator and student PD offerings here.
