Charting the Path: Juvenile Justice 101

January 30, 2026 @ 8:30 am - 12:00 pm CST

REGISTER HERE

Young people who encounter the juvenile justice system are often navigating multiple systems at once during critical moments in their development: education, behavioral health, family support, and community services. When these systems are aligned, youth are more likely to experience stability, accountability, and opportunity. When they are not, gaps in understanding can unintentionally contribute to harm, duplication of effort, or missed chances for early intervention.

This workshop offers a shared foundation for leaders and practitioners who influence policy, programming, and resource decisions. By strengthening our collective understanding of how the juvenile justice system functions—and how courts and community partners work together—we can more effectively coordinate services, improve safety, and invest in programming that supports long-term positive outcomes for youth and families.

Attendees will:

  • Gain a clear, accessible overview of the juvenile justice system
  • Learn how the Court and community partners collaboratively support youth
  • Strengthen a common framework for cross-sector coordination and impact
