People of color have long been excluded from homeownership opportunities, limiting their ability to build wealth. This exclusion has led to a significant racial wealth gap across the country and in Kansas City.

KC Common Good is partnering with Good Samaritan Home Equity to bring home ownership to marginalized individuals and families.

Through this innovative House Vesting model, over 40 homes will be built and renovated for Kansas City residents, who will be gaining equity in the home over time.
