Join us for a day of Halloween activities! Bring your family for Halloween fun in Downtown Kansas city. Come spend Halloween at 18th and Grand Blvd. The afternoon will be filled with: Games, Face painting, Trick or Treating, Cookie Decorating, Tours of a Haunted House and Price for best Halloween costume. Everyone is welcome!
