This is a 6 week workshop to review and explore the “tools for talking when the stakes are high,” provided in the Crucial Conversations book by Joseph Grenny. The workshop is built for the Community Police Relations Subcommittee members in order to help guide subcommittee plans, but other 360 partners are absolutely welcome. It is not required that you read the book to be a part of this workshop, but it would certainly help.
