CCR: Interpersonal Conflict Resolution and Mediation Training

Interpersonal Conflict Resolution (ICR) training offers participants reflection on their conflict styles in calm and storm, learn new skills to address conflict, and practice initiating a one-on-one collaborative process (prerequisite to mediation training). Mediation training provides foundational learning and practicing transformative mediation while also empowering participants to step into the mediator role as they help others resolve conflict.
